Terms of Service

“We”, “us”, “Azmarino” refer to Azmarino S.à.r.l. (Luxembourg). “You”, “customer” means anyone using our website, mobile app, or making a purchase. “Service” means the website at azmarino.online, the Azmarino mobile app, and any related checkout, support, or messaging surfaces.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are placing orders for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at support@azmarino.online if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

When you place an order it is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline an order — for example if the item is out of stock, the price was clearly listed in error, or we suspect fraud — in which case any payment is fully refunded.

Prices on the site are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free shipping kicks in on orders above €50. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

We use Stripe to process card payments. We never see or store your card number. By submitting payment you authorise us to charge the amount shown at checkout, including any taxes and shipping.

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on the order confirmation. They are estimates, not guarantees — couriers and customs can occasionally delay parcels. See our Shipping Policy for current zones, fees, and timelines.

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU). The item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom-made or hygienically sealed items are exempt where the law allows. See our Returns Policy for the full procedure.

Goods come with the legal warranty against hidden defects. If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, email support@azmarino.online within 30 days with photos and the order number — we will repair, replace, or refund.

You agree not to:

• scrape, copy, or republish our content without permission;
• attempt to break security or rate-limit measures;
• upload anything illegal, abusive, or infringing;
• use the Service to launder funds, finance terrorism, or evade sanctions.

All site content (logos, photography, copy, illustrations) is owned by Azmarino or our licensors and is protected by copyright. Limited permission to view and store copies for personal, non-commercial purposes is granted; everything else is reserved.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud — those rights remain.

These terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Disputes go to the courts of Luxembourg City. Consumers additionally have access to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are emailed to you and require fresh agreement on next sign-in. Continued use of the Service after the “last updated” date counts as acceptance.
